By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 367bet platform (available at https://367bet.club and all associated sub-domains), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 367bet platform. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 367bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 367bet relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to and use of the 367bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 367bet enforces a strict 18+ age policy. Underage gambling is prohibited on this platform without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 367bet or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or while using the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be employed by 367bet, or be an immediate family member of a 367bet employee, in a role that provides access to information that could confer an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.

367bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 367bet may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of betting, casino, and payment services offered by 367bet, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your 367bet account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 367bet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 367bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawals.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 367bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 367bet support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 367bet may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation.
• KYC Verification: 367bet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual activity is detected. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

367bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close an existing account if it is found to be in breach of these Terms at any time.

All financial transactions on the 367bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Payment Methods: 367bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only payment methods available on the platform. Third-party payment services not listed here are not accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 367bet account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Rocket and Upay deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during high-volume periods may take up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 367bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• No Third-Party Transactions: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in the name of the 367bet account holder.
• Transaction Fees: 367bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

367bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the 367bet welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit threshold and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: 367bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Such behaviour may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and the closure of the offending accounts.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: 367bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash value outside of the 367bet platform.

The following rules govern all betting and casino activity on the 367bet platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and 367bet-exclusive games such as Golden Bank and Dragon Fortune:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 367bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. 367bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed market limits or are placed under suspicious circumstances.
• Odds and Markets: Odds displayed on the 367bet sports betting interface are live and subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is successfully confirmed by the system.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a clear pricing error is identified; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket matches, including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures. In-play bets are subject to the same acceptance and void rules as pre-match bets. Bets placed on suspended markets may be voided.
• RNG Games: All slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Game results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by previous results.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio environments operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

• Maximum Win: 367bet may impose maximum win limits per bet, per session, or per day. Where applicable, these limits are communicated within the relevant game or market. Winnings that exceed these limits may be capped and paid at the maximum limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 367bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 367bet platform, its software, or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to 367bet support immediately. Winnings derived from known exploits may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, match manipulation, or any form of insider betting on sports events.
• Using the 367bet platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 367bet staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game.
• Attempting to charge back any deposit made to 367bet through your payment provider without first contacting 367bet support to resolve the matter.

367bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 367bet will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the account holder at the registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms breaches may be forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your 367bet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are typically processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
